Using this site
You are welcome to browse, read, and use the form to get in touch. In return, we ask that you do not misuse the site: no automated scraping, no submitting fake or abusive form entries, no attempting to break, overload or probe the site, and no using it for anything unlawful. We may block traffic that does any of these things.
Information on the site is general
Everything on this site, including service descriptions, FAQs, before-and-after photos and any pricing hints, is general information meant to help you decide whether to call. It is not a quote and not technical advice for your specific setup. Every home and every system is different, and what we actually recommend or charge depends on seeing the job. We try hard to keep the site accurate, but we do not promise it is complete or free of errors.
Estimates, scheduling and the work itself
- Submitting the form or calling us does not book a job. It starts a conversation. A job is booked when we both agree on scope, timing and price.
- Estimates are based on what you tell us and what we see. If the job turns out to be different once the walls are open or the rack is apart, we will tell you before doing anything that changes the price.
- The terms for any work we perform, including payment, warranty on labor, and any equipment we supply, are set out on the estimate or invoice for that job. Manufacturer warranties on equipment are the manufacturer's, and we will help you use them.
- Appointment windows are estimates. Jobs run long sometimes. We will keep you posted.
Calls and texts
When you contact us through the site, by phone, or by text, you are agreeing that we can reply the same way, including by text message to the number you gave us. These are direct conversations about your project, not automated marketing. Message and data rates from your carrier may apply. Tell us at any time if you prefer a different way to be reached.
Our content
The words, photos, logo and design on this site belong to MaxTech Audio or are used with permission. Project photos are of real jobs. You can share links to the site freely. Please do not copy the photos, copy the text onto another site, or use the MaxTech Audio name or logo in a way that suggests we endorsed something we did not.
Links to other sites
The site links out to a few third parties, like our Google Business Profile, Facebook page and Google's review form. Those sites have their own terms and privacy practices, and we are not responsible for what happens there.
Limits on our liability
The site is provided as is. To the fullest extent the law allows, MaxTech Audio is not liable for any loss or damage that comes from relying on information on the site, from the site being unavailable, or from anything on a linked third-party site. Nothing on this page limits any responsibility we take on in a signed estimate or invoice for actual work, and nothing here limits rights that Florida law says cannot be limited.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any dispute about the website will be handled in the state or federal courts serving Palm Beach County, Florida. Disputes about work we performed are handled under the terms of that job's estimate or invoice.
Changes
We may update these terms as the site changes. The date at the top tells you when that last happened. Using the site after an update means you accept the current version.
